Bookmark

 

That property allows specifying the content of a bookmark that can be called from an Hyperlink.

That property is specially made for the PDF format and the Acrobat Reader version 6.01 or greater is recommended.

 

The bookmark will generate in the PDF result file the corresponding bookmark (main and secondary) that will allow navigating in the final document.

 

A bookmark can be a single text, a field name or the result of a formula.

A hyperlink calling a bookmark must always begin with the # sign without space between the # sign and the bookmark name.

 

Examples of bookmarks and hyperlinks able to call them when using PDF format as result:

The bookmarks follow the hierarchy of the blocks in the report (Report Header, Page Header, Break Header, Detail, Break Footer, Page Footer, Report Footer).

 

Used in the Break level blocks, the bookmarks allow displaying the break field values when using PDF output format.
