Name Properties

That property allows specifying an internal name for an item (label field or data field) that can be used later in a formula for example.

Since version 4.10, the internal name can only contain the following characters:

First character: a-zA-Z_ (a to z or A to Z without spaces, numbers, characters with accents or special characters, the underscore character is authorized to replace the space).

Next characters: a-zA-Z_0-9 (a to z or A to Z without spaces, characters with accents or special characters, the underscore character is authorized to replace the space as well as the numbers 0 to 9).

Note that if existing item names are not modified they will not be controlled and will still be supported.

Note : ClicknDECiDE Builder attributes automatically a new internal name by default when inserting a new label field or a new data field.

You can use the General Tab in the Properties Dialog Box to see or modify it.
