Other Records Series (Graph)

This new property is available from version 4.10 onwards. If data feeding a graph from a report have been limited (see First Records ) then this property enables you to display additional caption(s) for additional data series which will be displayed with the total of that data which is not already displayed in the graph.

For example, if a report displays the Top 40 Most Sold Product Categories and the graph has been limited to displaying the first 25 categories (to ensure the graph is clear), then this option enables you to display an "Other Categories" caption. This caption will be displayed in the graph as the 26th series with the total of the other 15 results which were beyond the limit of the Top 25 categories.
